thoughts on Sunday worship

Does anyone have any thoughts on the importance of:

a) corporate worship

and

b) the importance of corporate worship on Sundays?

I am trying to figure out what it means to have a "Sabbath" and yet not be Jewish, but Christian. I keep having these neat opportunities on Sundays, yet still feel very called to Sabbath as God highly recommends... and on Sabbathing/resting - well, that's another issue for another post.
